Not exactly unfriendly, but not extremely friendly either. The forehead filler turned out well. It came out exactly as I wanted, nice and plump, but there was no assigned doctor, so the doctor who came in each time was different, which was inconvenient. The coordinator is really, really kind. I would come back again because of the coordinator ..
