I had the consultation in the second consultation room, and it felt so unfriendly and like there was absolutely no communication. I asked a different question, but they misunderstood it and answered in a frustrated way, as if asking the same thing again was the problem. They sighed the whole time during the consultation. This was my first time experiencing something like this. And it was a huge factory-style place, with no design consultation with the director at all. You just talk with the manager, and then if you write something like the corners of the mouth pulling down a lot or normal or upper normal, the director just puts it in, checks after the first injection, then puts in the second, goes out, talks with the manager, and keeps being able to add more right up until you leave the hospital.
