It hurt to an absolutely insane degree, so I struggled and barely got through it, but later I had it done at two or three other places and it didn't hurt. It felt like the procedure was done without anesthesia. It hurt so horribly that I was writhing around, and the doctor just did the lips anyway... I almost went crazy from the pain T_T
