Eye Surgery review at Wondeopul (원더풀) · 2023-09-14

I had a double-eyelid consultation with Dr. Im Jun-ho. In conclusion, I was extremely satisfied with the consultation. I had originally booked with Dr. Gu Yun-taek, but the consultation manager said Dr. Gu Yun-taek has a flashy style, and if I wanted something natural, Dr. Im Jun-ho is really delicate and examines things well, so I suddenly changed. When I asked about opinions that differed from other surgeons I had seen, he clearly explained what each person meant and what was nonsense, without being vague at all, which I really liked. I asked everything I was curious about, and he answered everything kindly and sincerely. I wanted a clear improvement in ptosis and also have some epicanthal fold, so they quoted me for incision ptosis correction, double-eyelid surgery, epicanthoplasty, and upper canthoplasty. The quote was 2 million for double eyelids, 800,000 for ptosis correction, 700,000 for epicanthoplasty, and 700,000 for upper canthoplasty, for a total of 4.2 million won, but they said it could be done for 3 million won with same-day booking, a Babitalk review, a Gangnam Unni review, or a 100,000 won deposit on the same day. If I did not proceed with surgery, they would refund 90,000 won the next day after deducting a 10,000 won consultation fee. I planned to look around other places too, so I did not book that day, but I really trusted Dr. Im Jun-ho. According to the manager, this doctor marks the line much more carefully and meticulously than other surgeons, so they set aside 3 to 4 hours including the consultation... they really recommended him strongly. I also gained a lot of trust while talking with him lol Since this was my first surgery, the slightly high price is what I am worrying about lol Oh, and it did not bother me much, but even though I went at my appointment time, there was still a wait of about 10 to 20 minutes!
