There was no cash discount at all and the price was on the high side. They recommended partial incision and upper epicanthoplasty, and the consultation fee was 10,000 won. The doctor was kind like in the YouTube videos and asked about my needs. They clearly said what could not be done could not be done, so instead I ended up worrying even more about whether to have surgery.
