I arrived at the hospital in the morning, waited about 15 minutes in the waiting area, then filled out the chart and waited about another 10 minutes before the manager came in and guided me into the consultation room. They explained things based on the chart I had filled out, but it didn’t feel super friendly. There was no consultation fee, and the consultation was done without taking photos. My first impression of the director was good; they made me feel upbeat, and after I put on a headband, the director recommended an in-out line rather than a flashy semi-out line. They seemed willing to reflect my opinion and adjust the eye line accordingly, and when I asked about back-and-bottom canthoplasty too, they told me to remove my lenses and even handed me a lens case, then gave me counseling for back-and-bottom canthoplasty. They used something like a cotton swab to mark the line, and because the consultation was long, I was satisfied with the director’s consultation.
