First, the quoted price was for a forehead lift after I went in asking about double eyelid surgery. The counseling manager was extremely enthusiastic and tried to diagnose things honestly. They were not forceful, but they repeatedly pushed their own opinion. The doctor did not explain anything first unless I asked. Overall, it felt like the manager's opinion was stronger. In general, though, both of them were very kind.
