The person who seemed to be the consultation manager didn't seem interested in my surgery (I was deciding between buried suture and incisional double-eyelid surgery) and seemed to care only about how neatly I wrote my notes. They didn't seem professional. My eyes have very little fat but I have a tendency to swell badly, and they apparently judged the swelling as fat, so the director recommended incisional surgery rather than buried suture and also suggested several procedures I had not considered, such as fat removal. For reference, six other clinics touched my brow and knee area to check whether I was the kind of person who swells easily, and most of them recommended buried suture because I had little fat, and I actually had buried-suture surgery at another clinic.
