I had the surgery around February 2019. At the time I didn’t know much, so I didn’t realize it, but now that I think about it, it was a factory-style place, so they were busy overall and the manager handled most of the consultation. I remember feeling like they were pressuring me to book only if I reserved on the spot today, like they would give a discount then, and I thought they seemed really businesslike, haha.. The director came by very briefly, looked at me, and left. I’m mostly satisfied with the surgery result, but there is some scar left from the surgery. It’s covered when I put on makeup, so I don’t have any major complaints. I think the line was also made to fit my eye shape well.
