I had an appointment for forehead reduction with Director Lee and arrived 30 minutes early to wait, but 10 minutes before the scheduled time I was told the director was still in surgery~ The last patient was also told to just relax because they knew the director’s style, and I was told it might take several hours, and if the director doesn’t like something in the operating room, he won’t come out. If you end up having surgery, this is the result (they’ll keep looking until the director is satisfied). So I was asked, do you want to go with another director, or wait, or set another date? So I just left. I’m seriously pissed off. I got stood up and went home. Never going again, you watch. They did apologize when I looked really upset.
