There were just too many people. The managers and doctors were all too busy. The clinic looked busy. I wanted to consult with the doctor a lot, but the manager took the lead in the consultation and gave me a long consultation before I even met the doctor. I wanted a detailed consultation with the doctor, but that didn't really happen.
