I had a T-osteotomy and developed sagging, and no matter how much lifting laser I had, the effect was only very temporary, so I did this in my early 30s. In the end, it was better than not doing it, but it still wasn't as effective as I had hoped. The chin muscle tying left a scar about 5 cm long, and even though I've been applying scar ointment for more than 5 months now, the scar is still a little raised. Overall, I was a bit disappointed.
