It's been 2 years since I had a mini facelift. The doctor and the manager both lacked professionalism. They strongly pushed me to trust them and go ahead, and because I saw a person on the cafe I use who had surgery with Dr. Lee Kyung-min and had good progress, I paid and booked right away (crazy).. In the end, they only pulled the area near my ears and, with liposuction, my face became lumpy. There was a diagonal hollow from my ear toward my lips, and although I pointed this out during the consultation, they said there was no way to fix it and that my face had always been like that. So when I said I'd get filler, they told me to go ahead and got filler in my side cheekbones and along the hollow areas, but it's still lumpy. Also, it seems like they didn't pull the deep cheek area, so it sagged. What they say on YouTube is contradictory to the surgical progress. The area behind my ears is uneven, probably because of the stitching, and the outer part of my face still hasn't regained sensation. A total mess
