My first nose surgery. I didn't research anything and just had it done at a place a friend had gone to. The conclusion was a total failure. I brought a photo of the nose I wanted and showed it to them (I have a bulbous nose, so I wanted the nasolabial angle raised and the tip narrowed), but they said raising the nasolabial angle was something a person couldn't do... so I thought that was just how it was, but what do you know... other hospitals do it just fine. Other than giving me a bridge, my bulbous nose is still the same. There were no side effects, and there are no visible scars at all, and the natural look is a plus, but it's also a downside that even my family doesn't know I had nose surgery. The shape looks like nothing changed... Even though it was my first surgery, it was very expensive.
