I made an appointment and went with my guardian, but we waited more than an hour before the consultation. The manager explained things well, but when writing about my guardian’s eyes, they arbitrarily wrote incision instead of buried sutures, so that part was disappointing. Because of that, when I was consulting with Director Kim Hae-woo, it almost turned into a different discussion. He was checking while holding my eye, and the three needle marks were very clearly visible, so I couldn’t believe he kept asking whether I had had an incision. When deciding the line, he spoke casually, and during the consultation he just threw out words as if he were talking lazily; if someone saw it, they’d think he was my boss, not a doctor. There was also an upsell from the manager, and they called the next day to ask if I had any questions.
