I consulted about a revision double-eyelid surgery for my eyes. The director seemed busy, so I was disappointed that I couldn't ask enough of the questions I had. The consultation itself was professional, but since it's a revision surgery, I have a lot to think about. The consultation manager seemed to be looking at her phone schedule or focusing on something else.
