I got there very early before my appointment time, and they guided me to the consultation room. The director was in surgery, so the consultation manager said she would give me lots of information and very kindly explained all sorts of things. And when the director checked my line, she looked at the line with me and made recommendations too, which was even better for someone indecisive like me. I wanted to make the reservation right away because of the consultation manager. The director wasn't the kind of person who is super warm and friendly, but just as rumored, she felt very meticulous.
