It's been quite a while, but to write it from memory: The consultation wasn't bad. Since it was my first surgery, maybe that was why I didn't know much when I went. The manager didn't seem to know much about the surgical method, and the doctor explained why this method would be better, gave the reasons, and also shaped the line while explaining in detail how it would turn out.
