This was the first person in a consultation who asked about my parents' eye shape too. They were kind, and when setting the line, they adjusted it several times, so I felt they were putting a lot of care into the consultation. They did not recommend unnecessary surgery, and I liked how clearly they explained the limits of what surgery could achieve
