I want a refund, because this was terrible. My mother consulted here and had surgery, and they said the lifting would be 7.80 percent and told her the choice was hers, but they didn't explain in a more confident way where they would do what, how, and by what principle, only speaking vaguely. When I asked more specifically, they said to ask the counselor instead;; I was very anxious and asked them to tell me exactly where and how the surgery would be done, and they said, if you can't trust us that much, why are you doing it? Looking back, the person had a smiling face, so I thought they had a good impression, but later during the complaint consultation, even when I voiced my dissatisfaction, they kept smiling, had zero empathy, and the conversation had no substance. They also did not explain the surgical area clearly. So I thought it was bad, but because I had been stressed for a long time they said they would give a discount, so in the end we went ahead with the surgery... During the surgery design, they went right in without any extra explanation, and when she was lying on the operating table asking this and that, the doctor even said to hurry up and put that person to sleep... If the result were good, I could accept it, but the aftercare was also a complete mess. What good is CCTV if they won't show it? haha In the end, when we looked at the incision location after surgery, it had been done in front of the ear. Later I found out they usually cut inside the ear canal? so the incision is less visible... Here it's way too noticeable. Scar tissue formed too, and even after more than a year it still hasn't gone away. I guess they didn't tell us the surgical location properly because they thought we wouldn't do it if we knew, and the result is so upsetting. Since I filed a complaint, they kept saying to wait one month, then three months, and so on, and I was finally able to meet the doctor after one month. They said I had to wait three months to see the result, so I waited and checked, but there was hardly any difference from before. We have photos we took, but they kept saying there was a difference... Of course there should be some difference; the skin itself is a bit thicker and tighter than before, but the problem is that the ear became sharp. Thinking back, they only said they were good at lifting and never explained anything about SMAS lifting or the SMAS principle. They were supposed to pull the SMAS, but instead they pulled the skin, which caused sharp ears and the wound opened up, so the marks are severe. When I complained because of the keloid, they said this wasn't even considered a scar, and for keloids they should treat them quickly with injections or laser because otherwise scars can form, but they said it wasn't necessary. I only managed to get an injection after arguing, and they did a bit of laser too, then stopped. In the end, after a year, one side has a slightly bigger scar than the other. And when I complained around the 5-month mark that there was no effect, they did some InMode-type treatment, which also had no effect, and eventually they must have gotten tired of me too, because they stopped replying and then brought out a condition document saying they would do a substitute procedure this one time only and that I must never mention it again, and they said they would absolutely not refund me and that they had done nothing wrong. They said they would do a revision surgery, but you need actual skill to trust that, and when I asked to see a patient who had had revision surgery, they refused, claiming privacy rights. Later, when I went to another hospital for a consultation, they showed everything I asked for, and after seeing my mother's scar they said it was definitely a sharp ear and that the surgery had probably been done wrong, or that they hadn't pulled enough of the SMAS relative to the skin, or that they pulled the skin too hard, which would cause it to loosen again quickly and create sharp ears. When they deal with complaints, they seem to have a lot of such cases, because unlike during consultation, they even brought a bodyguard next to them lol. And the waiting time is insanely long. Maybe because there are so many complaint cases, or maybe even if you make an appointment you still have to wait at least an extra hour. It's terrible, like a flea market. In the end, I went around to many places for revision consultations, and because she currently has thread lifting filler and so on in place (they said that to get the lifting they wanted at Reating, they had to put in various threads and filler), it now affects revision surgery and will cost more money too. They just kept saying it wasn't sharp ears and dodging with nonsense, which made me so angry. Please be very careful and choose wisely. I don't recommend their lifting surgery at all, though I can't say for sure about their thread lifting procedure (even that had threads protruding outside the cheek). ---------------- Even now, years later, when I touch my mother's ears, she says they hurt. The effect was gone ages ago. The scar tissue and sharp ears got worse than before. Please don't go there. It needs to fail. They absolutely do not handle aftercare, and once you have surgery, that's the end. Pre-op design? haha You don't even get to see the doctor before surgery. They never show the CCTV. They treat complaint customers like dangerous criminals, with a bodyguard and the doctor acting ignorant to the very end. If you go to another hospital, there isn't a doctor who wouldn't know this person. A place that has produced many revision patients. The managers in charge keep quitting and changing. The doctor seems to have psychopathic tendencies. A person who treats surgery like a game. Don't regret it, and don't go.
