Even though I had made a reservation, there were so many other appointments that the wait was long, and I was completely exhausted after waiting an hour and a half. Everything got messed up, and as soon as my name was called I went into the consultation room and said, "I am busy, I only want Ulthera, please give me Ulthera," and just had a formal consultation with the manager. Then I waited in the procedure room and went in, and by then about two hours had already passed. It was my first time at a dermatology clinic, so I thought, if they say wait, I guess I have to wait, and I waited. Other than that, during the procedure they checked carefully in a calm atmosphere and it went well, and the effect was not bad. They also made sure to give me the genuine Ulthera certificate. But waiting for two hours while starving and not even being able to eat was so hard.. Even when I asked the counter why it was late or how much longer it would take, they just said to sit and wait while staring at the screen.. Still, the Ulthera I got here was so good that this week I am thinking of going to another clinic that was less crowded and had fewer customers..
