I went for a consultation about revision eye surgery. The doctor had a lot of experience and the consultation was professional, but the kindness level was lacking. They seemed very confident about surgery, but I thought kindness is one of the important factors, so that was a bit disappointing. The manager’s consultation also felt professional.
