If you like a natural look and it's your first surgery, I'd honestly recommend them. I had revision surgery in 2016, and at the time I was such a sausage shape and went there to fix it. The surgery itself was okay in its own way, but because this was before the era of double-line techniques, and because it seems to have involved excessive tissue removal, I still suffer from lagophthalmos and various other side effects to this day... But the aftercare service does try its best.
