I had eye surgery 5 years ago. I was pretty satisfied at the time, so I thought, this is the place, and went ahead with it. The result is a bit sausage-like and the line is a little high. It is not bad enough to need revision surgery. It looks pretty when I put on makeup, so I just live without worrying about it. If you ask whether I recommend it, I would say go get a consultation first and do it if you like it. It depends on the case.
