I wanted an in-person consultation with the designated director through a phone reservation, and they said it was possible two days later because of an academic conference, so I visited two days later. After waiting 10 minutes, the coordinator guided me into the consultation room and the consultation started.. huh, what is this.. First I mentioned lower blepharoplasty, and after looking at my face, they suddenly said I am not the kind of eye they can do.. wow.. They said only the fat that is puffing up under the eyes could be addressed, but there is not that much fat to remove.. The coordinator is not a specialist either, so if it is ambiguous, should they not hand it off directly to the doctor for consultation? If lower blepharoplasty is not possible, they could also recommend the lower eyelid surgery that suits me.. (other hospitals recommended lower eyelid surgery) The coordinator was so unfriendly throughout the consultation that it felt like zero kindness. Even while I was getting up to leave, the coordinator did not say a single word of greeting. For the sake of the hospital, I think they should be replaced.
