It was a place with good reviews, and I went because a friend recommended it, but I wouldn't go as far as saying the coordinator was horribly rude. Still, compared to other places, she was clearly less polite. I went alone, and it was obvious that she found me a bit bothersome. The director was kind and good, and I'm considering it because people say the skills are fine.
