The phone reservation staff used a slightly unfriendly tone, so I went in with my mind made up, but as expected, the staff and manager were not friendly either. The consultation order is manager - doctor - manager, and the manager marks the chart while shaping the line for you. The doctor's consultation was kind and explained things well. So, like in other reviews, I am still torn.
