I had high expectations because there was someone around me who had good results, so I went for a consultation, but the staff were not very friendly. The doctor also spoke extremely quietly, so I had to concentrate hard to hear. You first consult with the coordinator and then the doctor, but it felt like the coordinator was just reading back exactly what had been written down.
