If you want a consultation, make sure to make a reservation first. They said the schedule was full and the wait might be long, so I went at the time they told me to, but after waiting 3 hours I asked when I could be consulted and said that this was different from what I had been told. When I complained, they replied that they had informed me the waiting time could be long and treated it like it was my choice. Then shortly after that, they said they didn’t know when I could be consulted and told me to come back another time, while also pressuring me to quickly decide on another consultation appointment time, which was ridiculous... They said the surgery had run long so the surgery patients were backed up, but this was the first hospital I’d ever seen pile up consultation waiters like this. It also made me wonder if this is just their business style... Human psychology is that when you feel rushed by a situation, you make decisions hastily, so even so, if you plan to visit, please make sure to book a consultation. If you just trust the warning that the wait might be long and go, you’ll end up waiting 3 hours like I did and still not even see the doctor.!
