Review

Even though I had made a reservation and went there, I waited 40 minutes, and without any apology they said the surgery was delayed and I would have to wait another 30 minutes to 1 hour, so I just left. Even for reservation consultations, from what I saw in other people's reviews too, this kind of waiting time happens every time, and the huge waiting room is packed, so I get the feeling they do take reservations but squeeze in too many people in too short a time. The consultation fee is 10,000 won, so it is not exactly cheap for Gwangju, and I wish they would manage things better.
