I made the reservation by phone, but from the person who answered the call onward, it didn't feel very kind. It wasn't rude exactly, but most of the staff felt mechanical.. Even when I tried to ask questions, they only told me the minimum they had to tell me, and I felt like they wanted to finish the consultation as quickly as possible
