I went there through a referral because the doctor is an acquaintance of an acquaintance. You have to pay a 10,000 won consultation fee. I thought it was in Seoul. These days I do not think plastic surgery clinics charge consultation fees. I did not have surgery here, but I heard from people around me that their breast and facial surgeries turned out well.
