I went because Director Kim Ju-bong is experienced and famous. Although I went after making a reservation, the surgery was delayed so I had to wait, but the staff checked on me too many times and were so kind that waiting was not uncomfortable. He looked tired right after surgery, but he smiled, gave me a good consultation, and was very honest. He did not recommend surgery because there would not be a big change, but said he would do it if I wanted it, so I said I would think about it and left. The consultation manager was not pushy either.
