The consultation manager and the director were both fairly kind. They seemed to explain the reason for surgery and what was causing it well. Since it was a consultation about revision surgery, they explained well what was bothering me. They do answer questions well, but they don't point out and explain everything in complete detail, so you have to keep asking.
