Well.... I consulted with the chief director (it seemed like there was only one director here), and somehow he seemed tired. I can't say he was unfriendly, but he looked like he had no energy.... He didn't give a detailed explanation either. I know this used to be a place famous for natural-looking, pretty double eyelids and inner-outer canthoplasty, but it felt like that old image was gone and the place was declining....
