I went for a consultation for inner corner canthoplasty as a first surgery. Since they specialize in reconstruction, I had hoped they would also do a good, scar-free, natural first surgery. The doctor's consultation was.. as other reviews said, he looked very tired and wasn't extremely kind. It felt like he only said what was necessary. But the hospital's review photos were the least exaggerated (no Photoshop, no makeup), so I trusted them, and the shape of the inner eye corner and the natural look were exactly what I wanted, so I felt like I wanted to have it done here. Even when the doctor marked the line, it seemed fine. But maybe because they sell well, it felt like they didn't really care whether the patient regretted it or not, like "if you want to do it, do it; if you don't, don't." And the price is much higher than other places, so I'm worried about the surgery.
