I went for a consultation after specifically booking with Dr. Gye. As soon as I came in, he asked 2 or 3 questions, then quietly kept writing up the chart by himself. He sat the patient down and kept writing for a long while without saying anything, which was awkward. Since it was a revision surgery, I asked what I was worried about and whether it would be okay to just do one side, and he said, 'That's different from what you said earlier???' I said, 'No, it was the same thing earlier,' and after that he said nothing else and left. There was no explanation, no questions, no conversation... it felt like I was in front of an examiner. They charged 10,000 won for a consultation like that lol As I was leaving, I was so dumbfounded that I asked, 'Is Dr. Gye's consultation always like this?' and the director said that the director is a great fit for some people but not for others;;; I felt stupid for paying a consultation fee and leaving.
