I had a consultation with Director [Doctor A]. Other hospitals felt like they explained the reason first, from the current condition and whether to choose incision or non-incision surgery, but Director [Doctor A] felt like he made the conclusion alone and then informed me of it. Haha. I could see why some people felt he was relatively unfriendly haha I liked that he was quick and decisive! And the consultation manager was seriously the kindest ever.
