After the consultation, they told me to pay a consultation fee of 10,000 won. When I said they should have told me about the consultation fee before the consultation, they said they'd refund it, but I was annoyed so I just left. There are often places that charge consultation fees, so if they had told me in advance I would have still had the consultation, but it feels like they're playing games over pocket change, which is a huge disappointment. Even if I had the same surgery, I don't think I'd do it here.
