An acquaintance had surgery here and it turned out well, so I went for a consultation. I did not want a big chest, but rather a naturally pretty chest, and the director had the same idea~ The director specializes in revision cases, so he told me not to worry about the first surgery, and recommended underarm incisions. If I do have surgery, I think I would do it here.
