This was the most detailed explanation I've ever had at a clinic. They explained every part that I would have wondered about even without me asking first, and answered honestly and bluntly. It wasn't a hospital I had gone to with high expectations, but the consultation was so satisfying that I felt strongly drawn to deciding on surgery here. The consultation manager was also kind!
