The waiting time was long because they were in surgery, and seeing the phrase that they would be responsible to the very end for customer satisfaction and AS, I had high expectations because I was in the position of needing revision surgery, so I was very disappointed. First of all, they seemed very tired from the surgery, so there was no detailed explanation or suggestions of multiple methods, and they just half-heartedly agreed with what I said, like, "Then do it that way," giving the vibe that they wanted to finish the consultation quickly. I waited a long time and it ended in just a few minutes of consultation T_T Fortunately, the manager was gentle and kind.
