I went for a rhinoplasty consultation. I brought a picture of the nose shape I wanted and said I wanted something natural like that, but they said it was on the flashy side. The consultation felt like they would answer clearly if I asked. If they felt something on the face was lacking, they tended to recommend adding various things on top of that. They recommended cheekbone reduction and cat eye surgery for me.
