I went wearing a mask because of COVID. When I consulted, they did not take off the mask, just glanced at my nose and said, do this and that and this should be enough. They seemed very confident about nose surgery After the consultation, I talked with the staff member again, and the doctor said I did not need alar reduction surgery, but the staff member kept recommending alar reduction surgery.
