I had booked a consultation and went, but they said they were delayed because they were in surgery, so I waited a long time, and maybe because it was near closing time, the consultation felt rather perfunctory... Of course they didn’t charge a consultation fee, but I visited for surgery, and it feels like I just used up my time after making a reservation and went home.
