Whenever I read reviews, people always said the doctor was not kind, so I was worried, but he answered my questions more kindly than I expected. He also seemed very confident about the surgery, which I liked. When I told him about the part of me that bothers me, he said what could be done could be done, and what could not be done could not be done. The staff also consulted kindly, so I was happy.
