I went for a nose consultation, and the doctor was far too careless. The staff at the front desk were kind, but the doctor was so different from them that I was taken aback, and even when I explained how I wanted it done, he did not really listen and spoke as if he would just take care of it himself. Being confident was fine, but as a patient I felt uneasy.
