I had surgery 3 years ago, but my nose bent within a short period. The consultant did not tell me that the more severe the deviated septum is, the more bent the nose can look if silicone is added on top of it. I think that is why my nose bent so quickly.. If I had known earlier, I would have had the crooked nose surgery together with it. The director's design really seems very good.
