I did not put in silicone, only septum cartilage in the tip of my nose and nostril reduction. Maybe because I emphasized so much that I wanted it natural, even my father does not know I had nose surgery lol And because my skin is thin, there is a slight whitening where the skin shows through. This is a hospital that already aims for a very natural result, so if you are getting nose surgery, you might not need to push naturalness as much as I did I am satisfied because it is better than before.
