I had surgery with partial incision in the past. I was pretty satisfied, but the front canthoplasty was uneven. Later I found out the left front canthoplasty had been stitched incorrectly, which made it uneven. I do not think fat removal was necessary, so I feel like it might have been a bit overtreatment. Still, I lived with it and was fairly satisfied.
